Telephones incorrectly on

Our sincerest apologies to any patients who may have been confused by ringing in and finding our phone system on and queueing patients. Being a bank holiday, we have no staff here to take calls or see patients. This is something that should have been sorted out by our phone supplier and we will be taking this up with them.
Thankfully it came to our attention at around 9:15 that this was happening and we have managed to get the phone message changed to the out of hours message. Our phone lines will re-open for real tomorrow morning on the 4th January at 8am.
