The clinicians see or speak to their patients by appointment. We have a mixed clinical team made up of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Care Co-ordinators. To book an appointment please call 01322 862121, book online via Doctorlink. Unfortunately, under current restrictions appointments cannot be made in person at the surgery.
A lot of our appointments continue to take place over the telephone* - [please note ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED]. Face to face appointments cannot be booked via our reception staff, unless it is for a face to face procedure but if you feel you would like a face to face appointment with a Clinician please inform them of this during your telephone consultation and they will be happy to arrange this for you.
There are appointments available at each session that can be booked up to four weeks in advance for routine medical issues. The remaining appointments are released on the day to accommodate for more immediate problems. Once all of the morning slots have been booked, the afternoon slots will be released and will be bookable. Please ensure you do not phone too late in the day if you feel you need to be seen on the day as all of the slots may have gone. If you require advice or an appointment due to sudden illness and the surgery is fully booked, you may be advised to attend a local urgent treatment centre, Accident and Emergency or a minor injuries centre depending on what the problem is.
If your problem can wait, please book a routine prebookable appointment as these are much easier to book. 'On the day' appointments are for patients who are acutely unwell and cannot wait for a routine prebookable appointment.
From the 1st March 2021, our phone lines will be open from 8am through until 6.30pm each day. Our doors will still open at 8.30am and there will still be lunchtime closures during the week. See Surgery Times for more detailed information.
