Business and Finance Manager
Julie Robbins has worked in the NHS for the past 35 years, in general practice for the last 23. She is responsible for the management of the business aspects of the Practice.
Practice Manager
Jo White
Jo is responsible for all aspects of managing the practice other than finance. This includes the day to day smooth running of the Practice, supporting the Practice Team and managing patient services. She has many years customer service experience working in retail, pharmacy and general practice. She is also our Complaints Lead. Jo welcomes your views and suggestions about the services offered by the Practice. She would also be happy to discuss any difficulties you may have with these services.

Jacqueline Bowles
Jacky is our Lead Administrator.
Practice Secretaries
Dawn Servante and Gillian Richards deal with the doctor's correspondence and hospital referrals.
Practice Nurses & Health Care Assistants
Naomi Tyler and Kate Manning are specialist nurses qualified to diagnose and treat minor ailments. Naomi and Kate can also prescribe. Linda Duffell and Sue Walter are our Health Care Assistants

The services they provide include:
- infant and adult immunisations
- cervical smears
- simple dressings and removal of stitches
- clinics to monitor blood pressure, warfarin and diabetes
- well person screening
- flu vaccines for patients with heart, lung or kidney disease, severe asthma, diabetes, the immuno-suppressed, residents of nursing homes, carers, pregnant patients, patients with learning disabilities and their carers and all patients over 65. (If eligible, please contact reception during the first week of September for details.)
- shingles and pneumococcal vaccinations for those eligible
Our nurses also assist the doctors in minor surgery and are always available to offer professional advice.
Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners
Naomi and Kate are our very experienced advanced nurse practitioners, they can both prescribe and are well versed in dealing with acute illness and minor injury. Kate is also our specialist chronic disease nurse with expertise in diabetes and respiratory disease. Our Paramedics are Sasha and Martyn, both experienced paramedics with a history of working for the ambulance service and urgent care.
Reception Staff
The staff at the reception desk will assist you in making urgent and routine appointments to see a member of the clinical team and offer help and assistance at all times. The team is made up of Sue J, Joanna, Dawn, Frances, Kelly, Katie and Marc.
Dispensary Staff
Our Dispensary team is led by Annette and we also have Michelle and Amanda working as part of our trained dispensing team. Our Dispensary staff manages the repeat prescriptions for all patients. Denise is our Pharmacy Technician and also works in our dispensary. Dawn is a trainee dispenser. They are also able to dispense to patients who live more than 1.6km from their nearest Pharmacy. Please contact the Dispensary if you think you’re eligible and you could be registered for this service.
Community Nurses
The community nurses are employed by HCRG 0300 2470400 and commissioned by Kent and Medway ICB. Their duties include visiting housebound patients; referrals to this service are made via your doctor.
Health Visitors
The health visitors are employed by Kent Community Health NHS Trust.

Community Midwives
The community midwives are employed by Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.
They provide antenatal clinics, antenatal relaxation and visit patients in their homes both before and after the delivery of babies. The Practice midwife is based at the Children's Centre in West Kingsdown. Clinics are held there on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. The midwife can be contacted there on these mornings by telephoning 01474 854624. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.30pm, contact the Community Midwives office at Darent Valley Hospital on 01322 428753. For urgent matters outside of these times call Darent Valley Hospital Triage 01322 428280.
Counsellors
Counsellors are commissioned by Dartford Gravesend and Swanley Clinical Commissioning Group and your doctor can refer you. Patients can self- refer for various Talking Therapies by calling 0800 279 9500. Vitaminds can be accessed via the practice website or by calling 03330 153495, they work in Partnership with the NHS to provide talking therapy services, known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). They offer a range of short-term psychological therapies to adults 17 years and over, who are registered with a GP in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley or Swale.
